Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-store customer service across the entire customer journey, from greeting to post-sale care
- Drive sales through active client engagement, product storytelling and personalised recommendations
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to present collections coherently and attractively
- Operate the point-of-sale, process transactions and manage returns in accordance with store policy
- Maintain stockroom organisation, replenish floor inventory and assist with stock takes
- Support promotional events, product launches and local marketing initiatives
- Ensure store presentation and cleanliness reflect brand standards at all times
- Build and maintain client records to support repeat business and clienteling activities
Qualifications
- Strong customer-service orientation with polished interpersonal skills
- High aesthetic sensibility and an aptitude for visual merchandising and storytelling
- Reliable, punctual and able to work retail schedules including weekends and occasional evenings
- Professional demeanour with the ability to represent a global consumer brand
- Basic numeracy and experience handling cash and POS systems
Skills
Experience
Previous retail or customer-facing experience is preferred, ideally within watches, accessories or lifestyle brands; experience with visual merchandising and POS systems is an asset.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Münster, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany.
