Swatch Sales Assistant in Munich: Join the brand in a fixed-term retail role focused on customer advisory, visual merchandising, and watch sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Advise and sell Swatch and Flik Flak watches and lifestyle products, emphasizing brand storytelling and current trends
- Execute visual merchandising and store aesthetic guidelines as established by headquarters
- Perform daily operational tasks including cash reconciliation, customer complaints resolution, and order processing
- Serve as a brand ambassador, sharing product knowledge and brand narratives with customers
- Maintain focus on customer satisfaction while managing retail operations with organizational discipline

- Proven experience in retail or comparable customer-facing lifestyle product environment
