Swatch seeks a Sales Assistant for its Munich store on Sendlinger Straße to engage customers with the brand's distinctive colourful timepieces and lifestyle products. The role combines customer advisory, visual merchandising execution, and daily retail operations including cash reconciliation and complaint resolution. This fixed-term position emphasizes brand storytelling, trend awareness, and maintaining store aesthetic standards according to global guidelines.
Role & Responsibilities
- Advise and sell Swatch and Flik Flak watches and lifestyle products, emphasizing brand storytelling and current trends
- Execute visual merchandising and store aesthetic guidelines as established by headquarters
- Perform daily operational tasks including cash reconciliation, customer complaints resolution, and order processing
- Serve as a brand ambassador, sharing product knowledge and brand narratives with customers
- Maintain focus on customer satisfaction while managing retail operations with organizational discipline
