Swatch seeks a Sales Assistant for part-time work (20 hours weekly) at its Modena boutique on a temporary contract basis.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clientele visiting the boutique
  • Process point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain knowledge of current product collections and brand heritage
  • Support visual merchandising and store presentation standards
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets and boutique performance metrics

Qualifications

  • Professional demeanor and presentation appropriate to a luxury retail environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible retail hours including weekends as required

Experience
