Swatch seeks a Sales Assistant for part-time work (20 hours weekly) at its Modena boutique on a temporary contract basis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clientele visiting the boutique
- Process point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain knowledge of current product collections and brand heritage
- Support visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and boutique performance metrics
Qualifications
- Professional demeanor and presentation appropriate to a luxury retail environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including weekends as required
Skills
Experience
Retail or customer-facing experience is preferred but not strictly required for entry-level candidates demonstrating strong motivation and retail aptitude.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in commerce or business administration is advantageous but not mandatory.
