Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service and build long-term client relationships to drive sales performance.
- Demonstrate detailed product knowledge of watch collections and communicate features, materials and after‑sales care to clients.
- Execute point-of-sale transactions, returns and basic after-sales support while ensuring accuracy in cash and electronic payments.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation to reflect brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns.
- Manage stock reception, inventory counts and replenishment; coordinate with store management on product availability and transfers.
- Contribute to achievement of store KPIs and participate in in‑store promotions, events and store meetings.
Qualifications
- Proven customer-facing retail experience; previous experience in luxury or watch retail is strongly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented approach.
- Basic numeracy and proven accuracy in cash handling and POS operations.
- Availability to work a 20-hour weekly schedule, including weekends and evenings as required by retail trading hours.
- Right to work in Italy and ability to commute to the Modena store location.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1+ year of frontline retail or sales experience; experience in luxury fashion, watches or jewelry retail is preferred.
Education
Secondary school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, sales or hospitality is advantageous.

This position is based in Modena, Emilia-Romagna, Italy, within easy reach of Bologna.
