Swatch Group seeks part-time sales assistant in Milan to deliver luxury watch retail experiences and drive commercial results.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional sales experiences through attentive customer service and consultative selling techniques
- Process sales transactions, manage customer returns, and handle order-related inquiries
- Build and maintain customer relationships to drive repeat business and achieve sales targets
- Organize and maintain the retail environment, including stock management, merchandising, and back-office operations
- Ensure consistent brand presentation and visual standards for Swatch and Flik Flak product lines
- Handle customer objections and resolve conflicts with professionalism and discretion
- Utilize point-of-sale systems and office technology platforms to support daily operations
