Swatch Group seeks Sales Assistant in Hamburg flagship store. Fixed-term, full-time retail role; German and English required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert product consultation and sales guidance to customers on Swatch and Flik Flak timepieces
- Execute brand storytelling and communicate product heritage and design narratives to enhance the customer journey
- Manage point-of-sale operations, including cash reconciliation and transaction processing
- Process and resolve customer complaints, returns, and special orders with professionalism
- Maintain store visual merchandising and product displays according to corporate guidelines
- Implement merchandising strategies and maintain optimal store presentation standards
Qualifications
- Demonstrable retail experience in fashion, watches, or lifestyle goods
- Strong service orientation with a customer-centric approach
- Excellent organizational and structured work methodology
- Enthusiasm for contemporary fashion and trend awareness
- Fluency in German and English
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in retail sales, customer-facing roles, or lifestyle product environments is required. Familiarity with watch or fashion retail is advantageous.
