Swatch (Swatch & Flik Flak) seeks a Sales Assistant (contract) for a 1-year role in Frankfurt am Main. Join the Roßmarkt store to sell colourful Swiss watches.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an outstanding customer journey from greeting to sale, tailoring advice and storytelling to individual clients for Swatch and Flik Flak collections.
- Operate the point-of-sale, process transactions and handle cash/cards with accuracy and compliance to company procedures.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards and seasonal displays to reflect brand campaigns and maximise conversion.
- Manage stockroom activities including inventory control, stock replenishment and receiving deliveries.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets while maintaining brand presentation and customer service KPIs.
- Support daily store operations: opening/closing, housekeeping, and collaboration with the store team on events and promotions.
Qualifications
- Proven customer-facing experience in retail, ideally in watches, jewellery or fashion.
- Comfortable working a flexible roster including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Numerical literacy and attention to detail for till operation and stock control.
- Right to work in Germany for the duration of the fixed-term contract.
Skills
Experience
Previous retail experience is required, preferably with at least one year in a customer-facing sales role; experience in watches, jewellery or premium fashion retail is advantageous.
Education
Secondary school completion (or equivalent); vocational training in retail, sales or hospitality is a plus.
