Swatch seeks part-time Sales Assistants for its corporate stores in Florence, with schedules of 20, 24 or 30 hours. The role delivers customer-focused sales and after-sales service, supports store organisation and brand presentation, and is governed by the Terziario, Distribuzione, Servizi C.C.N.L.; the stated full-time gross annual base salary is €25,000, adjusted proportionally for part-time hours.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an excellent sales experience by caring for customers and helping fulfil their wishes.
- Contribute to business objectives by managing customer relationships and providing pre- and post-sale assistance.
- Help organise the store, keeping the sales floor, back office and stock orderly.
- Ensure the correct presentation of the SWATCH and FLIK FLAK brand image.
Qualifications
- Retail experience, including sales, returns management and orders.
- Commercial orientation, dynamism and flexibility.
- Availability to work rotating shifts.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to identify customers and adapt communication and interaction to different situations, including handling objections and conflicts.
- Natural problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency with PCs, Office applications and communication applications; familiarity with key IT tools and a strong aptitude for technology.
- Excellent English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
