Swatch seeks a part‑time Sales Assistant (30 hrs) in Florence, Italy — temporary retail role with The Swatch Group (Italia) S.p.A.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional in-store customer service, advise clients on product features and build lasting client relationships.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and clienteling.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system, handle cash and card transactions accurately and complete daily till reconciliation.
  • Maintain boutique presentation standards: visual merchandising, window displays and regular replenishment of the shop floor.
  • Manage inventory tasks including stock receipts, labeling, backstock organisation and periodic stock counts.
  • Provide after-sales support including basic product care guidance, warranty handling and liaison with service teams.
  • Comply with company policies on store security, loss prevention and brand presentation.

Qualifications

  • Proven customer-facing experience in retail; experience in watches, jewellery or luxury goods is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commercial, sales-driven mindset.
  • Numerical accuracy and experience with cash handling and POS transactions.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating schedule including weekends, public holidays and peak retail hours.
  • Right to work in Italy and ability to perform role on a temporary/contract basis.

Experience
