Swatch is recruiting a part-time Sales Assistant for its corporate store in Cortina d’Ampezzo. The role covers customer sales and after-sales service, customer relationship management, store organisation, stock and back-office upkeep, and presentation of the SWATCH and FLIK FLAK brands; compensation follows the Terziario, Distribuzione, Servizi C.C.N.L., with a gross annual full-time base of €25,000 adjusted to the part-time workload.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver an excellent sales experience by attending to customers and fulfilling their wishes.
• Contribute to business objectives by managing customer relationships and providing sales and after-sales assistance.
• Participate in store organisation, keeping the retail space, back office and stock in order.
• Ensure the correct presentation of the SWATCH and FLIK FLAK brand image.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, including sales, returns management and orders.
• Commercial orientation.
• Dynamic and flexible approach.
• Availability to work rotating shifts.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to identify stakeholders and adapt communication and interaction to different situations, including handling objections and conflicts.
• Natural problem-solving ability.
• Familiarity with PCs, the Office suite and communication applications.
• Knowledge of common IT tools and strong aptitude for using technology.
• Excellent knowledge of English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
