Swatch Group Italia seeks a part-time Sales Assistant in Cortina d'Ampezzo for its boutique retail location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and sales assistance, addressing client needs and managing customer relationships
- Execute point-of-sale transactions, process returns, and manage customer orders
- Maintain store presentation, organization of back-office operations, and inventory accuracy
- Contribute to achievement of commercial objectives and brand representation standards
- Adapt communication and interaction approach based on customer profile and situation, including objection and conflict resolution
- Support store organization and ensure compliance with Swatch and Flik Flak brand presentation standards
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience including returns management and order processing
- Commercial mindset with strong problem-solving orientation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to adapt communication style to diverse customer profiles and manage objections effectively
- PC proficiency and comfort with office software packages and communication applications
- Fluent English; additional languages a plus
