Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to customers in a high-traffic boutique environment and convert enquiries into sales.
- Achieve daily and weekly sales targets through proactive clienteling, cross-selling and upselling of timepieces and accessories.
- Operate the point-of-sale system, handle cash and card transactions, process returns and maintain accurate sales paperwork.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensure boutique presentation aligns with brand guidelines and implement promotional displays.
- Manage stock reception, replenishment and basic inventory controls; support periodic stock counts and loss-prevention procedures.
- Work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays and peak seasonal periods; collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth store operations.
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales experience, preferably within watches, jewellery or luxury goods.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated aptitude for clienteling and closing sales.
- Availability for part-time hours with flexibility for weekends and holiday shifts.
- Professional presentation and adherence to brand grooming standards.
- Legal eligibility to work in Italy.

Experience
Typically 1+ year of customer-facing retail experience; experience in watches, jewellery or premium accessories is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail or luxury sales is an advantage.
