The Swatch Group (Italia) S.p.A. seeks a Sales Assistant for a SWATCH Corporate Store in Bologna. The role may be full-time or part-time at 35 hours, under the Terziario, Distribuzione, Servizi collective agreement; base gross annual pay is €25,000 for full-time work, prorated for part-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an excellent sales experience by attending to customers and fulfilling their wishes.
- Contribute to the achievement of business objectives by managing customer relationships and providing sales and after-sales assistance.
- Help organize the store, keeping the sales floor, back office and stock in order.
- Ensure the correct presentation of the SWATCH and FLIK FLAK brands.
Qualifications
- Retail experience, including sales, returns management and orders.
- Commercial orientation, dynamism and flexibility.
- Availability to work rotating shifts.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to identify interlocutors and adapt communication and interaction to different situations, including handling objections and conflicts.
- Natural problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency with PCs, the Office package and communication applications; familiarity with common IT tools and a strong aptitude for technology.
- Excellent knowledge of English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
