Sales Assistant part-time position at Swatch Group in Bologna, Italy. Retail sales, customer service, and inventory management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and sales support, translating client needs into successful transactions
- Drive sales performance and contribute to company revenue targets through dynamic client engagement
- Manage customer relationships and resolve inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving acumen
- Maintain immaculate store presentation, back-office organization, and inventory accuracy
- Ensure proper representation of the Swatch and Flik Flak brand identities across all customer touchpoints
- Process returns, manage orders, and handle post-sale customer care with efficiency
- Work flexible, rotating shifts to support boutique operations
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience in sales, returns management, and order processing
- Commercial orientation and demonstrated ability to meet sales objectives
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with capacity to adapt messaging to diverse clientele
- Proficiency in conflict resolution and objection management
- PC and MS Office competency with demonstrated ease using communication software
- Availability to work rotating shifts and flexible scheduling
- Excellent command of English; additional language skills valued

Education
Secondary education or equivalent qualification.
