Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, high-quality customer service consistent with brand standards and luxury retail expectations.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive client engagement and upselling.
  • Manage point-of-sale transactions, cash handling and accurate processing of payments and refunds.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships via clienteling, CRM updates and post‑sale follow-up.
  • Support visual merchandising and ensure boutique presentation reflects corporate guidelines.
  • Contribute to inventory control: stock receipts, replenishment, cycle counts and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Assist with daily store opening/closing procedures and maintain a professional boutique environment.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge on watch collections, movements and after-sales services.

Qualifications

  • Proven customer-facing experience in retail; prior experience in luxury goods, watches or jewellery is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, client-focused manner.
  • Reliable numeracy and accuracy for cash handling and transactional duties.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak retail periods.
  • Strong visual awareness and attention to detail to uphold merchandising standards.
  • Secondary school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail or fashion is an advantage.

Experience

Typically 1+ years of retail sales experience, ideally within luxury, watches or jewellery; demonstrable experience in meeting sales targets and working with POS/CRM systems.

Education

Secondary school diploma (high school) or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or luxury goods is advantageous.
