Swatch Group Italy seeks a part‑time Sales Assistant in Bergamo for a temporary contract at the corporate store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, brand‑compliant client service and cultivate long‑term customer relationships to drive sales and client retention.
- Advise customers on product features, collections and after‑sales services with specialist knowledge of watches and related accessories.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale system, process transactions, manage receipts and ensure accurate cash handling procedures.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, prepare product displays and execute store layouts in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Support stock management activities including receiving, replenishment, inventory counts and shrinkage control.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets and contribute to a positive in‑store atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Proven customer‑facing experience in retail, preferably within watches, jewellery or luxury goods.
- Strong communication skills and a service‑oriented demeanour; ability to engage diverse clientele.
- Numerical accuracy and reliability in cash handling and POS transactions.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
- Right to work in Italy and legal eligibility to accept a temporary contract.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1+ years of retail sales experience; experience in luxury retail, watches or jewellery is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education in retail, fashion, hospitality or commerce is an advantage.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Bergamo, Lombardy, Italy, with easy access to Milan.
