Swatch Group Italy seeks a part‑time Sales Assistant in Bergamo for a temporary contract at the corporate store.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, brand‑compliant client service and cultivate long‑term customer relationships to drive sales and client retention.
  • Advise customers on product features, collections and after‑sales services with specialist knowledge of watches and related accessories.
  • Operate the point‑of‑sale system, process transactions, manage receipts and ensure accurate cash handling procedures.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, prepare product displays and execute store layouts in accordance with brand guidelines.
  • Support stock management activities including receiving, replenishment, inventory counts and shrinkage control.
  • Collaborate with the store team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets and contribute to a positive in‑store atmosphere.

Qualifications

  • Proven customer‑facing experience in retail, preferably within watches, jewellery or luxury goods.
  • Strong communication skills and a service‑oriented demeanour; ability to engage diverse clientele.
  • Numerical accuracy and reliability in cash handling and POS transactions.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
  • Right to work in Italy and legal eligibility to accept a temporary contract.

Experience

Typically 1+ years of retail sales experience; experience in luxury retail, watches or jewellery is strongly preferred.
