Swatch seeks a part-time Sales Assistant for its corporate store in Bari. The role delivers a strong customer sales experience, supports sales and after-sales service, store organization and brand presentation; base gross annual pay is €25,000 for full-time work and is adjusted according to part-time workload, under the Terziario, Distribuzione, Servizi CCNL.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an excellent sales experience by attending to customers and fulfilling their wishes.
- Contribute to business objectives by managing customer relationships and providing sales and after-sales assistance.
- Help organize the store, keeping the sales floor, back office and stock in order.
- Ensure the correct presentation of the SWATCH and FLIK FLAK brand image.
Qualifications
- Experience in retail, including sales, returns management and orders.
- Commercial orientation.
- Dynamic and flexible approach.
- Availability to work rotating shifts.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to identify interlocutors and adapt communication and interaction to the situation, including handling objections and conflicts.
- Natural problem-solving ability.
- Familiarity with PCs, Office software and communication applications.
- Knowledge of main IT tools and a strong aptitude for using technology.
- Excellent command of English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
