Swatch Group Italy is hiring a part-time Sales Assistant in Bari — 30-hour temporary retail role at the Swatch corporate store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client service and clienteling in a high-traffic corporate boutique, proactively converting enquiries into sales.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge of watches and accessories, advising customers on product features, craftsmanship and care.
- Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions, gift-wrapping and after-sales documentation with accuracy and discretion.
- Maintain visual merchandising and window displays to brand standards, ensuring product presentation and stock rotation are impeccable.
- Manage stockroom activities including receiving deliveries, stock counts and replenishment; report discrepancies to store management.
- Meet individual and store sales targets and KPIs, and participate in local promotional activities and events.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within watches, jewellery or luxury goods.
- Strong interpersonal and consultative selling skills with a client-focused mindset.
- Ability to work a 30-hour part-time schedule and adapt to retail shift patterns, including weekends.
- Excellent grooming and professional presentation aligned with premium-brand standards.
- Fluent Italian; working knowledge of English is advantageous.

Experience
Typically 1–2 years of retail sales experience, ideally in luxury watches, jewellery or premium fashion; demonstrable record of meeting sales targets and delivering high standards of client service.
Education
Secondary school diploma (high school) or equivalent.
