Swatch seeks a Sales Assistant for its corporate store in Arese to deliver excellent client service, support sales and after-sales, contribute to business objectives and maintain store organisation and brand presentation. The role is part-time at 30 hours; the applicable Terziario, Distribuzione, Servizi C.C.N.L. provides a base gross annual salary of €25,000 for full-time work, prorated according to the part-time employment percentage.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver an excellent sales experience by providing attentive service and fulfilling clients’ wishes.
• Contribute to business objectives by managing client relationships and providing sales and after-sales assistance.
• Support store organisation, keeping the sales floor, back office and stock in order.
• Ensure the correct presentation of the SWATCH and FLIK FLAK brand image.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, including sales, returns management and orders.
• Commercial orientation, dynamism and flexibility.
• Availability to work rotating shifts.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to identify interlocutors and adapt communication and interaction to different situations, including handling objections and conflicts.
• Natural problem-solving ability.
• Good command of PC, Office package and communication applications; familiarity with key IT tools and a strong aptitude for technology.
• Excellent command of English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
