Swatch Group Italia seeks a Sales Assistant (30 hrs/week, part-time) in Arese, Milan to deliver luxury watch retail excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and facilitate watch sales across SWATCH and FLIK FLAK collections
- Manage customer relationships throughout the sales process and provide comprehensive after-sales support
- Handle inventory management, stock organization, and back-office procedures
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure consistent brand presentation in-store
- Contribute to achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators
- Address customer inquiries, manage objections professionally, and resolve conflicts constructively
- Support store organization, cleanliness, and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, returns management, or order processing
- Strong commercial orientation and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with capacity for situational adaptation
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts and varied schedules
- Proficiency with PC, Microsoft Office, and business communication software
- Advanced knowledge of English; additional languages considered an asset
