Swatch seeks a Part‑Time Sales Assistant (30 hrs) in Arese, Italy — temporary contract at the Arese boutique.

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, brand-aligned customer service to build long-term client relationships and maximise sales conversion.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling, product demonstrations and personalised advice.
  • Operate the point-of-sale, process transactions, handle cash and reconcile sales with accuracy and integrity.
  • Maintain boutique presentation standards: visual merchandising, replenishment, stockroom organisation and housekeeping.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge of Swatch watches and related accessories to advise clients confidently.
  • Support store operations including stock receiving, inventory control, markdowns and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Collaborate with the store team and report sales activity, client feedback and market intelligence to the Store Manager.

Qualifications

  • Availability to work a part-time schedule of 30 hours per week, including weekends and public holidays; temporary contract.
  • Professional appearance and polished interpersonal manner appropriate to a luxury retail environment.
  • Strong numerical accuracy and experience operating a cash register or POS system.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver attentive, bespoke service to diverse clientele.
  • Eligibility to work in Italy.

Experience
