Swatch is seeking a Sales Advisor for its Kärntner Straße store in Vienna, working 38.5 hours per week, with an immediate start. The role covers customer advice and active selling, customer service, till and administrative duties, inventory support, training and creating an engaging shopping experience; gross monthly pay starts at €2,570, paid 14 times a year, on a full-time basis, with potential overpayment according to experience and qualifications.
Role & Responsibilities
- Advise customers with enthusiasm and actively sell Swatch collections.
- Contribute to overall store success through professional customer service.
- Operate the user-friendly cash register system and complete necessary administrative tasks.
- Support inventory counts and stock management.
- Participate actively in training and continuing education.
- Help create a distinctive shopping experience through comprehensive product knowledge.
