Swatch Sales Advisor (part-time, 20h/week) in Vienna, Austria. Deliver exceptional customer service in luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide knowledgeable product consultation and styling guidance to customers across Swatch's watch and accessory collections
- Execute point-of-sale transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and inventory organization throughout the retail space
- Build and nurture customer relationships through personalized service and follow-up engagement
- Demonstrate proficiency with retail systems and POS technology
- Assist with stocktaking, receiving, and merchandise placement activities
Qualifications
- Demonstrated retail sales experience in a luxury or lifestyle brand environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with multilingual capacity
- Proficiency with retail management systems and POS technology
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Passion for timepieces and contemporary design aesthetics
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail or watchmaking/horology sectors is strongly preferred.
Education
Secondary education (Matura or equivalent) required; retail certifications or customer service training are advantageous.
