Swatch Group Spain seeks a Sales Advisor (temporary sick-leave cover) in Madrid — boutique role focused on Swiss watches and client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, client-focused service on the boutique floor, welcoming customers and conducting personalised product presentations of Swatch Group timepieces.
- Drive sales and conversion through consultative selling, active clienteling and follow-up, meeting daily and monthly KPIs for the store.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions, manage cash handling and ensure accurate sales reporting.
- Maintain boutique presentation to brand standards, including visual merchandising, window displays and stock replenishment.
- Coordinate with after-sales and watch servicing teams to log client requests and facilitate repairs or maintenance referrals.
- Support routine store operations during the temporary assignment: opening/closing procedures, inventory checks and team communication.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver high-calibre customer service in a luxury or specialist retail environment.
- Strong sales orientation with demonstrable experience meeting targets in a boutique or store setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; poised and professional in client interactions.
- Reliable availability for the temporary sick-leave cover period and flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Legal right to work in Spain.

Experience
Minimum of 1 year of customer-facing retail experience, preferably within luxury watches, jewelry, or premium accessories; demonstrable track record of individual sales results and client development.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in sales, retail or hospitality is advantageous.
