Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide expert product consultation and styling advice to customers visiting the Covent Garden boutique
  • Drive sales through engaging product demonstrations and education about Swatch's watch collections and innovations
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat patronage
  • Maintain an immaculate retail environment, including visual merchandising and store cleanliness
  • Process transactions with accuracy and professionalism using point-of-sale systems
