Swatch seeks a Retail Sales Associate in Aix-en-Provence, France — fixed-term contract (June–Aug 2026) for boutique sales and client advisory.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, product-focused customer service and personalised advice on watches and related accessories.
- Drive sales through active client engagement, relationship building and follow-up (clienteling).
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, process transactions and handle cash/card payments.
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation to brand standards; assist with product replenishment and window displays.
- Participate in stock management tasks including receiving, inventory counts and loss-prevention procedures.
- Support in-store promotions and events; collaborate with store team to meet daily and seasonal sales targets.
Qualifications
- Availability for the fixed-term contract from 1 June 2026 to 31 August 2026 and right to work in France.
- Strong customer-service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays.
- Professional appearance and familiarity with luxury retail standards; punctuality and reliability.
Skills
Experience
Previous retail sales experience is required, preferably 1–2 years in watches, jewelry or premium/luxury retail. Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high-quality customer service is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, hospitality or a related field is advantageous.
