Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programmes for retail staff across multiple store locations
- Create engaging training materials and documentation covering product knowledge, sales techniques, and brand values
- Conduct in-store coaching and performance evaluations to ensure consistency with brand standards
- Identify training needs and design tailored development programmes to enhance employee capabilities
- Mentor sales teams on customer service excellence and product positioning strategies
- Monitor training effectiveness and adjust programmes based on performance metrics and feedback
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail training, talent development, or retail management
