The Swatch Retail Sales Supervisor reports to the Store Manager, supports day-to-day operations, leads sales initiatives, and coaches sales associates while overseeing staffing, store presentation, and compliance. The role offers starting base pay of CAD 19.00 per hour plus a monthly performance bonus, with health, dental and vision benefits, matched RRSP contributions, a company discount, and life insurance.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Store Manager with day-to-day store operations, with a focus on sales initiatives.
  • Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service; set sales targets, coach sales associates to meet them, and ensure strong product knowledge.
  • Manage daily operations, schedule staff, control payroll, follow inventory control processes, and ensure accurate, timely reporting.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and disciplinary processes; foster a positive work environment; manage performance evaluations and development plans.
  • Execute merchandise launches to company standards and maintain store presentation.
  • Maintain safety standards and model compliance with policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Available for opening and closing shifts, with flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as a self-starter.
  • Able to communicate clearly, concisely, and understandably.
  • Effective leadership skills to mentor and motivate the retail team.
  • Results-oriented, energetic, and enthusiastic.
  • Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Experience working with POS systems.

Experience

At least 2 years of retail leadership experience, preferably in fashion and/or accessories, and at least 4 years of customer service experience.

The base compensation for this position is CAD 19 per hour.
