Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver attentive, personalised client service to build rapport, maximise conversion and foster repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and effective clienteling.
  • Maintain detailed product knowledge across collections and communicate features, warranties and after‑sales services to customers.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions accurately and handle cash and electronic payments following company procedures.
  • Execute visual merchandising and stock presentation to brand standards, including replenishment and housekeeping of the sales floor.
  • Receive and process deliveries, assist with inventory counts and support loss-prevention protocols.
  • Support daily store opening and closing procedures, including register reconciliation and store readiness tasks.
  • Participate in store events, product launches and promotional activities to drive footfall and brand engagement.
