Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client service and personalised selling in the Swatch boutique to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Present products effectively through expert product knowledge and professional visual merchandising of displays.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions, cash handling and maintain accurate sales records.
- Support stock management activities including receiving deliveries, inventory rotations and replenishment.
- Cultivate long-term client relationships using clienteling techniques and follow-up communications.
- Contribute to store operations: maintain boutique standards, participate in promotions, and support events and seasonal initiatives.
Qualifications
- Available for a fixed-term contract from 01/04/2026 to 31/12/2026 and legally entitled to work in France.
- Fluent French and strong oral communication skills; additional languages a plus.
- Proven customer-facing experience in retail; 1+ year in luxury or watch/jewellery retail preferred.
- Professional presentation, reliability and a client-centric attitude.

Experience
Minimum one year of customer-facing retail experience; prior experience in luxury goods, watches or jewellery is highly desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail or luxury retail is an advantage.
