Swatch seeks a Retail Sales Associate (CDD) in Saint-Tropez, France — fixed-term boutique sales role from 01.04 to 31.12.2026.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary in-store customer service, greeting clients, understanding needs and providing personalised product advice.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through expert presentation of watches and jewellery and proactive client engagement.
- Maintain deep product knowledge of Swatch collections and associated watchmaking features to support client conversations and after-sales queries.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions, returns and gift-wrapping while ensuring cash and transaction accuracy.
- Implement visual merchandising and inventory rotation to uphold brand presentation and seasonal layouts.
- Support stock management activities including receiving, tagging, replenishment and basic stock reconciliation.
- Contribute to post-sale client care and follow-up, including appointment scheduling and handover to after-sales teams.
- Work collaboratively with the boutique team to execute promotions, store events and local marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales competence, preferably in watches, jewellery or luxury goods.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused demeanour.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and peak seasonal periods.
- Comfortable handling cash and POS systems with solid numeracy and attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and alignment with luxury brand standards.
Skills
Experience
Minimum one year of retail sales experience; prior experience in watchmaking, jewellery or premium/luxury retail is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in sales or luxury retail is advantageous.
