Swatch is seeking an energetic, personable and passionate Retail Sales Associate for its boutique in Paris’s 6th arrondissement. The role combines customer service, sales, independent store opening and closing, merchandising, after-sales support and simple repairs; a successful first sales experience and English at B2 level or above are required. Permanent contract.
Role & Responsibilities
- Share the Swatch universe by telling the story of its products, conveying its creativity and inspiring customer enthusiasm.
- Welcome and advise each customer with care, professionalism and elegance.
- Complete sales and process payments.
- Independently manage store and cash register opening and closing.
- Receive and inspect products, and implement merchandising.
- Contribute to after-sales service and carry out simple repairs.
- Keep the boutique immaculate through organization, cleanliness and product replenishment.
Qualifications
- Commercial training and a successful first experience in sales.
- Strong interest in watchmaking, jewelry and/or the luxury sector.
- Product sensitivity and good knowledge of the sector.
- Excellent presentation, polished oral communication and strong interpersonal skills.
