Swatch is hiring a Retail Sales Associate in Paris (6th) — permanent 35h position selling watches and accessories.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting clients, qualifying needs and providing personalised product advice on watches and accessories.
- Achieve and contribute to store sales targets through active selling, upselling and clienteling.
- Maintain boutique visual merchandising standards and ensure product presentation aligns with brand guidelines.
- Process sales transactions, manage returns and exchanges, and handle cashing-up and basic till reconciliation.
- Support stock management activities including receiving deliveries, replenishment and inventory control.
- Contribute to the client database and follow up on leads to nurture repeat business.
- Participate in promotional events, store meetings and brand training to maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated customer-facing experience in retail, ideally with watches, accessories or fashion brands.
- Strong commercial orientation and proven ability to meet sales objectives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; professional presence appropriate for a boutique environment.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and public holidays; availability for a 35-hour permanent contract.
- Authorisation to work in France.
Skills
Experience
Preferably 1–3 years of retail sales experience, with prior exposure to watches, luxury goods or fashion retail considered an advantage.
Education
Secondary school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail or sales is advantageous.
