Swatch is recruiting a Retail Sales Associate for its boutiques in Nice and Cap 3000 on a fixed-term contract from 1 to 27 December, at 35 hours per week. The role combines customer advice and sales with independent store opening and closing, product handling and merchandising, simple repairs, after-sales service and boutique upkeep.
Role & Responsibilities
- Share the Swatch universe by telling the story of its products, conveying its creativity and engaging customers.
- Welcome and advise each customer with warmth, professionalism and elegance.
- Complete sales and process transactions.
- Independently manage store and cash register opening and closing.
- Receive and inspect products, and implement merchandising.
- Assist with after-sales service and carry out simple repairs.
- Keep the boutique immaculate through tidying, cleaning and product replenishment.
Qualifications
- Commercial or sales-related education, with a successful first experience in sales.
- Strong interest in watchmaking, jewellery and/or the luxury sector.
- Product sensitivity and good knowledge of the sector.
- Excellent presentation, polished verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills.
- English proficiency at a minimum B2 level, with the ability to interact comfortably with international customers.
- Additional languages are an advantage.
