Swatch seeks a Retail Sales Associate in Nantes, France (CDD 01 Jul–09 Aug 2026) to deliver client service and drive sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to build loyalty and maximise sales conversion.
- Present and demonstrate Swatch watch collections and accessories with product knowledge and styling advice.
- Operate the point-of-sale system, manage cash handling, transactions and end-of-day reconciliation.
- Achieve daily and campaign sales targets through active client approach and upselling.
- Maintain store standards: visual merchandising, window displays, tidiness and promotional setups.
- Receive, organise and replenish stock; perform inventory checks and support loss-prevention procedures.
- Work flexibly according to retail rota including weekends and public holidays during the contract period.
Qualifications
- Authorisation to work in France for the duration of the fixed-term contract.
- Proven customer-facing experience in retail; prior experience in watches, jewellery or luxury goods is an advantage.
- Strong commercial orientation with ability to meet sales targets and KPIs.
- Reliable, punctual and comfortable working a retail shift pattern including weekends.
- Professional presentation and excellent interpersonal communication.

Experience
Ideally at least one year of retail sales experience; candidates with prior exposure to watches, jewellery or luxury retail are preferred.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent); vocational retail training is a plus.
