Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service and build long-term client relationships through active clienteling and follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, cross-selling and upselling of watches and accessories.
- Present and merchandise product according to brand standards; maintain boutique presentation, window displays and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, process transactions, returns and repairs, and ensure correct cash handling.
- Manage stock reception, inventory counts, replenishment and loss-prevention procedures in line with store policies.
- Provide product expertise on movements, complications and materials; advise clients on care and after-sales services.
- Record client interactions and sales activity in CRM systems; support marketing initiatives and client events executed by the boutique.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales ability, preferably within watches, jewelry or luxury goods.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, client-focused demeanour.
- Good organisational skills, attention to detail and pride in maintaining high visual and operational standards.
- Comfortable using POS systems and CRM tools; numeracy and accuracy in cash handling.
- Fluency in Greek and strong spoken English are highly advantageous for this Athens-area position.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of retail sales experience, ideally in watches, jewelry or luxury fashion. Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high-touch customer service.
Education
Secondary education (high school) or equivalent; vocational training in retail, luxury sales or horology is advantageous.
