Swatch seeks a Retail Sales Associate in Aix-en-Provence for a fixed-term contract (1 June–31 Aug 2026).

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary client service: welcome customers, assess needs, provide product expertise and convert enquiries into sales.
- Achieve daily and campaign sales targets while proactively building long-term client relationships and encouraging repeat business.
- Manage point-of-sale operations including transactions, receipts and accurate cash handling according to company procedures.
- Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards; replenish stock and ensure displays reflect brand directives.
- Support inventory control, stock reception and basic housekeeping of the boutique; participate in stock counts when required.
- Collaborate with the store team to execute promotional events, product launches and seasonal merchandising changes.
Qualifications
- Legally authorised to work in France for the contract period (1 June–31 August 2026).
- Availability for the full fixed-term contract dates, including flexible hours, weekends and peak retail periods.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused demeanour.
- Previous retail or customer-facing experience; experience in watches, jewelry or luxury accessories is a plus.

Experience
Prior retail sales experience is preferred, ideally within watches, jewelry or luxury goods. Candidates should demonstrate a track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high standards of customer service; 1+ year of retail experience is an asset but motivated candidates with strong customer-facing experience will be considered.
Education
Secondary education (Baccalauréat or equivalent); vocational training in sales or retail is advantageous but not required.
