Swatch — Retail Sales Associate in Aix‑en‑Provence. Permanent 35‑hour retail role delivering sales, client service and boutique merchandising.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding client service and personalised selling to achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Present product knowledge on Swatch timepieces and accessories, advising clients on features, materials and care.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale system, process transactions, returns and exchanges accurately and securely.
- Maintain boutique standards: visual merchandising, window displays, stock replenishment and housekeeping.
- Manage inventory tasks including stock receipts, stock counts and liaison with store management on replenishment.
- Support in‑store events, product launches and team initiatives to drive footfall and brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Proven customer‑facing retail experience, preferably in watches, jewelry, luxury goods or fashion.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client‑centred approach.
- Numerical accuracy and experience handling cash and card transactions.
- Flexibility to work a 35‑hour weekly schedule including weekends and peak retail periods.
- Right to work in France.
Skills
Experience
Previous retail sales experience is required; experience within watches, jewelry or luxury retail is strongly preferred. Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high standards of client service is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma (Baccalauréat) or equivalent; vocational training in sales or retail is a plus.

This position is based in Aix-en-Provence, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, France, within easy reach of Marseille.
