Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, personalised customer service and advise clients on Swatch product ranges and accessories.
- Operate the point-of-sale system, handle transactions and perform cash reconciliation with accuracy.
- Support daily store operations including stock receiving, replenishment, inventory counts and back‑office administration.
- Implement visual merchandising standards and maintain attractive product displays and window presentations.
- Participate in structured vocational training and on-the-job learning modules; apply theoretical lessons to practical retail situations.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets, support promotional activities and assist with events or launches.
Qualifications
