Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, sales-driven customer service to both new and returning clients in-store, converting enquiries into transactions and promoting full product ranges.
- Execute daily point-of-sale transactions, accurate cash handling and end-of-day reconciliations in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain visual merchandising and store standards to brand guidelines, including window and floor displays, product presentation and stock rotation.
- Support stock management activities: receiving deliveries, replenishing displays, performing stock counts and reporting inventory discrepancies.
- Build and sustain client relationships through proactive clienteling, product demonstrations and after-sales care to encourage repeat business.
- Work collaboratively with the store team to meet and exceed sales targets, assist with local marketing/events and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience, preferably within watches, jewellery or luxury accessories (1+ year recommended).
- Demonstrable customer service skills with a commercial mindset and ability to achieve sales targets.
- Strong numeracy and attention to detail for accurate transactions and stock control.
- Availability to work a flexible part-time schedule including weekends and peak retail periods.
- Right to work in the UK and ability to commute to Battersea Power Station, London.
Skills
Experience
Preferably at least one year of frontline retail experience, ideally within watches, jewellery, luxury accessories or branded retail; proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering superior client service.
Education
Minimum secondary education (GCSEs or equivalent); vocational retail or customer-service qualifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
