Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, exceptional customer service and a complete, memorable shopping experience in person, by email and by phone.
• Promote, merchandise and sell products to end consumers, and contribute to monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and store objectives.
• Learn the current and past product ranges and provide customers with relevant product details and reliable sales and service information.
• Maintain good knowledge of the functions of watches and other products.
• Help display merchandise as directed.
• Help control shrinkage through attentive shop-floor conduct, careful merchandise handling, accident prevention, and compliance with till and administrative procedures.
• Maintain awareness of products and security hotspots.
• Follow company opening and closing procedures.
• Process deliveries correctly.
• Handle transactions responsibly and securely, including till operations, cashing up, payments, and handling cash, credit cards and international currencies.

Qualifications

• Positive and outgoing, with the ability to converse naturally with customers.
• Passionate about exceptional customer service and committed to understanding and exceeding customer needs and expectations.
• Adaptable, with the ability to build strong working relationships in small teams.
• Enthusiastic about learning Swatch products and developing technical knowledge of its ranges.
• Retail and/or fashion accessories experience preferred.
• Willingness to work shifts, longer trading hours and late events preferred.
• Experience dealing with international customers preferred.
• Ability to communicate in multiple languages preferred.
• Commercially focused, with a desire to exceed KPIs.
