Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, client-focused service on the sales floor at the White City store, cultivating long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve and contribute to store sales targets through proactive selling, cross-selling and clienteling.
- Maintain thorough product knowledge across Swatch collections and provide expert advice on features, materials and care.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, process payments and handle cash securely.
- Support visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor and display are immaculate and brand-compliant.
- Receive, unpack and manage stock, assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Handle after-sales enquiries, basic warranty processes and liaise with store management for escalations.
- Work flexible shifts to cover peak trading hours, weekends and promotional events as required.
Qualifications
- Proven retail or customer-facing experience, preferably in fashion, watches or jewellery.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a persuasive, service-oriented manner.
- Numerate, reliable and able to operate POS systems and follow cash-handling procedures.
- Flexibility to work a 20-hour week including weekends and peak trading periods.
- Right to work in the UK and availability to attend the White City store during scheduled hours.

Experience
Previous customer-facing retail experience is required; experience in watches, jewellery or luxury retail is an advantage.
Education
Secondary education (GCSE-level or equivalent) or equivalent practical retail qualification.
