Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized customer consultation and sales support across Swatch's product portfolio
- Demonstrate product knowledge of watch collections, materials, and craftsmanship
- Process transactions and manage point-of-sale systems accurately
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation
- Build client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business
Qualifications
- Retail or customer service experience preferred
