Swatch seeks a Retail Sales Advisor (20 hrs part-time) in Edinburgh — deliver brand-led client service and drive sales at Princes Street.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, brand-consistent customer service and build lasting client relationships through consultative selling and proactive clienteling.
- Achieve and contribute to store sales targets during scheduled shifts (20 hours/week), including weekend and peak-period coverage as required.
- Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge across Swatch collections, collaborations and accessories to guide purchase decisions and upsell appropriately.
- Maintain boutique standards for visual merchandising, window displays and on-floor brand presentation in line with corporate guidelines.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions accurately, perform cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation when required.
- Support stock management processes: receiving, tagging, replenishment, inventory counts and timely reporting of discrepancies.
- Participate in local store events, launches and promotional activities to amplify brand presence and drive footfall.
Qualifications
- Right to work in the UK.
- Proven interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset and professional retail demeanour.
- Availability to work a 20-hour weekly schedule including weekends and public holidays as required by store rota.
- Attention to detail in merchandising, presentation and transaction accuracy.
- Fluent English communication skills sufficient for client service and team collaboration.

Experience
Minimum of one year of retail sales experience is preferred; prior experience in watches, accessories or luxury/fashion retail is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, sales or customer service preferred.
