Swatch Retail Operations Manager in London. Manage retail operations for the world's largest watchmaking group's expanding store network.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across assigned retail locations to ensure adherence to Swatch's brand standards and operational protocols
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance management to build and sustain high-performing retail teams
- Monitor financial performance including sales targets, inventory management, and cost control
- Implement and execute merchandising strategies to optimize product visibility and sales conversion
- Ensure customer experience excellence through consistent brand representation and service delivery
- Liaise with regional and corporate teams to communicate operational metrics and strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail operations management within a luxury or consumer goods environment
- Strong understanding of retail economics, including P&L management and KPI tracking
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate diverse retail teams
- Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities

Experience
3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury goods, watches, or consumer electronics
Education
Secondary education minimum; degree or equivalent retail management certification preferred
