Swatch seeks a Retail Keyholder for its Valley Fair boutique in Santa Clara, California. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales performance, and lead visual merchandising initiatives within a fast-paced luxury watch retail environment. This part-time position offers base-plus-commission compensation, professional sales training, and the opportunity to develop a career within the Swatch Group's renowned retail network.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a timely, professional and personable manner and build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service
- Leverage comprehensive product knowledge to assist customers in watch selection and technical matters, driving sales and exceeding targets
- Perform visual merchandising tasks including stock replenishment, display design, and maintenance of store organization and cleanliness
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining composure in a fast-paced, energetic retail environment
- Execute sales goals with self-direction and sound judgment, implementing learned sales techniques and customer service protocols
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of demonstrated experience in a keyholder or lead sales position within retail
- Proven ability to deliver superior customer service and build brand affinity with clientele
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills with excellent presence in a team setting
- Demonstrated capacity to plan, set, and consistently achieve sales targets
