Role & Responsibilities
- Open and close the boutique, assume responsibility for store keys, alarm systems and overall security procedures.
- Lead the sales floor in the absence of senior management: coach staff, allocate tasks and maintain service standards to achieve sales targets.
- Deliver exemplary client service and clienteling, build customer relationships and assist with bespoke sales and after‑sales enquiries.
- Manage cash handling, POS reconciliation and daily till procedures in accordance with company policies.
- Oversee inventory control, stock receiving and periodic stocktakes; report discrepancies and support loss‑prevention measures.
- Implement visual merchandising directives and maintain boutique presentation to brand standards.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and on‑the‑job training for sales staff as required.
Qualifications
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Proven trustworthiness with the ability to operate store keys and assume opening/closing responsibility.
- Strong interpersonal skills and polished client service manner appropriate to luxury retail.
Skills
Experience
Typically 2+ years of retail experience, with prior exposure to watches or luxury goods preferred; previous keyholder or supervisory responsibility strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; formal retail, hospitality or customer‑service training is a plus.
