Swatch Group seeks an experienced Retail Keyholder at The Mall at Millenia in Orlando, FL to lead store operations and drive sales excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily retail operations and maintain store opening and closing procedures
- Supervise and mentor sales associates on customer service standards and product knowledge
- Manage cash handling, reconciliation, and security protocols
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure visual merchandising standards are upheld
- Provide elevated customer service and brand representation to clientele
- Execute promotional campaigns and seasonal window displays
Qualifications
- Proven retail supervisory or keyholder experience in luxury or specialized retail environment
- Strong command of watch terminology and product portfolio knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive sales performance
- Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail management software
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of progressive retail experience, including prior supervisory or keyholder responsibilities in a watch, jewelry, or luxury retail setting.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail management certification or specialized watch/jewelry training is preferred.
