The Retail Keyholder joins Swatch’s retail sales team, delivers customer service and sales, and supports merchandising and store upkeep. The role offers hourly base pay plus commission and requires 3–5 years of experience in a keyholder or lead sales position.

Role & Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly, professionally, and warmly.
• Use product knowledge and product selection to deliver exceptional service and build customer relationships.
• Meet and exceed sales goals.
• Take initiative and exercise sound judgment in all situations.
• Manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Carry out merchandising duties, including stock replenishment, visual displays, and maintaining store organization and cleanliness.
• Engage customers in the culture of the Swatch brand.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a keyholder or lead sales position.
• A strong commitment to delivering superior customer service.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced, energetic environment.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17.50 to USD 19.50 per hour.
