Swatch Group seeks Full-Time Retail Keyholder at Cherry Creek boutique in Denver, CO to lead store operations and team supervision.
Role & Responsibilities
- Open and close the retail location, including cash reconciliation and security protocols
- Supervise and mentor part-time sales staff, ensuring brand standards and customer service excellence
- Manage inventory levels, merchandise displays, and visual presentation aligned with brand guidelines
- Process transactions, handle customer inquiries, and resolve service issues professionally
- Maintain store cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Report daily sales performance and operational metrics to management
Qualifications
- Proven retail or hospitality management experience
- Strong understanding of luxury watch brands and customer clienteling principles
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
- Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail operations
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Experience
2-3 years of retail operations or supervisory experience, preferably in luxury goods or watch retail
